Lambeth Schools Partnership Working Together Report - Spring 2019

"Lambeth Schools Partnership Working Together" is the Director, Education, Learning and Skills' termly report to LSP school governors and headteachers, which is published three times a year, at the beginning of terms 1, 3 and 5.  

Its main purpose is to provide a clear and concise briefing for governors and headteachers on national and local issues and their duties and responsibilities. 

Included are important recommendations for governing boards to consider this term regarding secure email addresses; school complaints policies and procedures; statutory information to be published online; appointment checks for governors; governor vacancies, DfE consultation on funding the increase in employer contributions for 2019/20 for the Teachers’ Pension Scheme; traded services on offer from the Local Authority and its partners; safeguarding, Ofsted; Special Educational Needs and Disabilities; PSHE; school admissions policies and primary assessment moderation.  The recommendations are summarized on page 7.
